YOUNG LEADER TRAINING

 The young leader training scheme is for Explorers who are volunteering with younger sections - typically Beavers or Cubs and sometimes Scouts. The scheme consists of 10 training modules as well as four missions which the Explorers complete with the section with which they are volunteering.

The Young Leader training scheme is recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) as a development programme so will set Explorer Scouts apart from the crowd when they complete it! 

Young Leader training is open to all Explorer Scouts across the district

Dates for 2020:
Module A 'Prepare for take off' 
+ Module D 'Understanding behaviour'
- on Sunday 15th March 2020 from 10am - 2pm

- on Sunday 18th October 2020 from 10am - 2pm
